Mr. Aggarwal has vast experience of more than 4 decades in various business streams. He started his career as a business man in the field of Automotive Components. Because of his deep understanding and inquisitiveness to learn, he developed his capabilities into manufacturing of Automotive Components thereby challenging some of the traditional designs and bought revolution in the industry.

Mr. Abhishek Kukkar is acting as our partner in providing legal services to our esteemed clients. Prince is a qualified lawyer and has completed his first module of professional program (Final) for Company Secretary. He has completed his Master's degree in Commerce from C.C.S. University, Meerut.
He is working as Senior Executive at Asset Retrieval Advisors. Before joining, he was serving at Jamna Auto Industries Limited in their Company Secretarial and Investors' Relation Department for more than two years. He was responsible for handling compliances for issuance of Duplicate Share certificates, Transmission/Transposition/Transfer of Shares, Name Deletion process and KYC updations etc. He was dealing extensively with IEPF authority for resolving cases related to unclaimed shares and dividends for the shareholders.
He was also responsible for Company Secretarial compliances of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, SEBI (Depository Participants) Regulations, SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, Insider Trading Regulations etc.
